  • Monday, August 31 to Sunday, September 6

    Challenge: Dual Challenge, 
    1. Strava Challenge - Run 8.60 miles total for the week. That’s just over 1.23 miles a day for 7 days. Must sign up using form below. The winner will run away with a pair of New Balance shoes.
    2. Instagram Challenge - Explore your neighborhood, post a photo of something interesting/unique in your neighborhood.  The winner will receive a New Balance swag bag.

    Sole & Hoka 5K Strava Challenge
    This virtual challenge will push you enough to keep you interested but not too overwhelming if you are Covid cardio training. Thanks to HOKA ONE ONE and our local fearless Field Experience Representative, Kyle Walters & Account Executive Tiffany Skøyen. We can bring you this sweet challenge.
    Distance: 5k each week (Friday-Friday)
    Cost=$0.00 no cost for a virtual with Sole
    How to participate:
    1. Join our Free Sole Sports Strava Club, you need a Strava ID number
    2. Sign up here so we can make sure you get added to this specific challenge. Strava ID needed :
    How do I win?
    Run at least a 5k once a week (Fri-Fri), add it to your Strava data each week for 5 straight weeks. Your name will be added to the giveaway list. After July 31, 4 names will be pulled at random from the list.
    When do I get my winnings? If picked, you will be notified via email.

  • Week of April 27 - May 3
    Challenge: Punky Power Fitness (80’s reference)

    1. Participate in the challenge by doing a fitness activity in two different colored shoes
    2. Take a photo during the activity and share as a post on your Instagram account, tagging @SoleSports and #solesunite. Obviously we’re going to want to see your awesome kicks in the photo.

    Extra credit if it is a brand new activity for you, and mention that in your post.

    2 Lucky winners will win products from our partners from Oiselle, Oofos, OHSO Brewery and Orange Mud.

    National Fitness Day is one day to celebrate strength and empowerment through fitness, you pick!

    National two Different Color Shoes Day: This is a day to stand out from the other 364 days of the year. Celebrate your uniqueness and put it on display.  Wear two different colored shoes and see where they take you. Punky Power!

  • Week of April 20-26

    On the third Monday of every April, “Marathon Monday”, the iconic Boston Marathon is run on the 26.2-mile course from Hopkinton to Boylston Street. This year for the first time in the Marathon's long history, the race will be run in the Fall. But April 20th, the original date for the race, is still firmly cemented in many runners' memories and will not be forgotten.  To help celebrate and honor the Boston Marathon, won't you join Sole Sports & Rabbit and compete in our Heartbreak Hill Virtual Challenge?  This will take place on Monday, April 20th.
    Challenge Directions:

    1. Join the both Sole Sports and rabbit STRAVA groups and upload your run:

    2. Run a minimum of 2.62 miles on Monday, April 20th.

    3. On your run, you must include at least a half mile hill with 91+ feet of vertical gain (the approximate distance and vertical gain of Heartbreak Hill). You can absolutely run more vert than this!

    4. Post a picture of yourself at the top of your "Heartbreak Hill" on Instagram, tag @runinrabbit, @solesports and use the hashtags, #BOSTONrabbit  #SolesUnite

    Sole Sports will select two winners from our Sole Sports Strava page, one male and one female.  The winners will receive a pair of shorts from rabbit’s yet-to-be-released CALI VIBES collection. 

    In ADDITION to our two Sole Sports winners, 26 winners across the US will be selected by rabbit to win CALI VIBES shorts.  

    A THIRD way to win is to use your creativity and heart: rabbit will be providing a $100 gift card to the top nationwide winner in the following categories:

    2. Best outfit, and
    3. Most inspiring.

    *Contest entrants do not need to have qualified or been registered to run the Boston Marathon to enter. Any person over the age of 18 may enter.   • Week of April 13-19 iRun Stronger Core Challenge, Sponsored by On Running

    When our routine needs a switch-up, we love to find new ways to raise our heart rate and our mood. While your legs do the heavy lifting when you’re running, having a strong core can pay huge dividends. Putting time into training this area is a great way to add support and stability to your run.  Thanks to our partners, On-Running and Melissa Ruse. We invite you to the iRun Stronger Core from the comfort of your living room.
    Duration: 60 min. start to finish. Help keep injury free and have more fun with a group.

  • Week of April 6-12 Challenges, Sponsored by Saucony
    • Challenge 1:  Run any route and tell us what inspires you to run. Upload an image of what inspires you to run on your Strava activity.  It could be a photo of your dog, wine, loved one, etc.  Anyone who completes this challenge will be entered into a random drawing for the following:
      • 2 $50 gift cards to Sole Sports
      • 2 Saucony tote bags
      • 2 Saucony hats, buffs and bottle openers
    • Challenge 2:  Create art through your run route.  Complete one run or walk of at least 3 miles in which your route creates something artistic.  The best artistic route wins a pair of Saucony shoes.

  • Week of March 30 - April 5 Altra Lone Peak Challenge, Sponsored by Feetures:
    • Achieve at least 600 feet of vertical climb within a single workout either indoors on a treadmill (no handrails) or outdoors on stairs or a hill and be entered to win.
      * Please practice social distancing and avoid crowded areas.
