iRunStronger Core Class

Join us for Zoom iRunstronger Core! We offer a free class every Monday at 5:45PM and Fridays at noon.

All you will need is a phone or laptop and a yoga mat! Other optional items include a physio ball, dumbbells and a medicine ball.

Melissa Ruse leads the group and will provide an updated weekly routine! Core is more fun with a group!

The workout is 1 hour and consists of 3 sets of core specific exercises, with a short break in-between each set. All levels are welcome, feel free to join for 1 or all 3 sets. We want to help build strength and community!
