Sole Sports and Performance Massage welcome Janna Nelson, LMT to the massage staff here at Sole Sports. Janna has been a licensed therapist since 2001 and is a graduate of Rainstar University's 1400 hr Therapeutic Massage A.A.S. program. She combines techniques and philosophies of various modalities in addressing issues of chronic tension, myofascial restriction, stress reduction, and pain reduction with her clients. Janna has taken over 200 hours of advanced training courses including Whitney Lowe's (OMERI) Orthopedic Massage Certification and John F. Barnes myofascial release courses.

Janna will be available for appointments on Wednesdays 4:30 – 8:00, Thursdays 1:30 – 7:00, and Alternating Saturdays 10:00am – 4:00.  To schedule an appointment please call Sole Sports at 480-522-2475.
