Softer landing at heel strike.De-coupled heel unit- Smoother transition from heel strike to mid-stance transition. Now added welded overlay in the forefoot provides a more secure forefoot environment. Welded, not sewn, means no seam to irritate. Injection molded Solyte has been plugged in the forefoot midsole. Plus, gender specific enginering is now employed, so the women's has lighter derometer than the men's. A full length Solyte lasting now extends all the way through the forefoot for enhanced comfort.
